Walking around barefoot if you can
Talking to somebody online (Not real life of course.. That would be the opposite of calming)
Finding guidance or leisure through wonderful authors or philosophers
A shower, because I don't enjoy baths
Matching mood with music
Playing the guitar
Dreaming up the future
Studying things of nature, or researching things that are in equilibrium (reassuring)
Organizing
I have always wanted to have a friend that could enjoy silence with me, to have a presence and know you are not alone in the moment, and yet are so comfortable with that presence. I am not sure if this can ever happen for me but I'd imagine that kind of person sharing a moment, especially one of nature, would be one of the most calming experiences.
