Hate forcing myself to eat.
I don't feel like it, but I need to.
Keep trying to force yourself if you can,I struggle with my eating so I know how rough it can be,but if you can just take your time and pick at your food,well hopefully it gets easier each day.will take time for your tummy to get used to food again.
I'm sat here trying to de-stress after my therapy session,anxiety can be so cruel,I had a lovely person sat round my flat willing to help me and my problems,yet the anxiety is making me feel horrible as I struggle having people round.But I got through it
