Just back from a drive through the woods along the bay shore. Stopped at Monument Point in hopes of seeing my friend the eagle soaring out over the water. But it was very windy - whitecaps on the waves - and he probably gave up on fishing today. Either that, or he knows it's tourist season and has migrated elsewhere. Drove through the park and found a half-dozen girls playing volleyball in their bikinis. I would've stopped to watch, but I thought it might appear too creepy to sit there alone....
