who's got it? i do. im sure sunday night is a bummer for even ordinary people. there's the whole week ahead, and it's so silly and pointless. i feel so expendable. sorry for ranting, anyone else get blue on sundays? i think there's even a song about how much sunday nights suck

Well this Sunday was kinda a downer but no not normally. Fridays are usually bad for me cause of my lack of plans for the week end. I guess if I had a crappy job Sunday would become my least favorite day.

I rememeber when i used to be at school, sunday nights were the worst. I'd build up so much anxiety knowing i had to go to school the next day that i'd end up usually being sick that night. At the moment it doesn't bother me too much, i get a little excited because eastenders is back on the next day LOL! (UK TV program). But i guess with me hoping to give college another go this september thoughs sunday night nerves will come back!

Just wait until Monday, when everyone who has a job goes back to work. I personally like to play "Monday, Monday" by The Mamas and the Papas while I commence with my drudgery of those slow mornings.

Sundays are really depressing for me. I don't know why though. It used to be because of school the next day. I guess the feeling just never went away... I don't know, there's just something about Sundays.

Sundays are rubbish. Just when you get done reviewing how crappy the previous week has been, you start theorizing all the horrible ways in which you'll inevitably screw up the next one.

I used to feel this way often about school in the last year and college too. I used to count down the hours until I had to sleep on a sunday night and just try to relax any way that I could. I extremely rarely got sick the night before, but the morning I'd be sick most of the time, I'd hate it. Especially if we had a school/college half term for a week or two, then it'd be even worse. Come to think of it in college, I was quite often sick 2+ times a week before going in. Late starts at 12-1pm were the worst, I'd lay in as long as possible. Same with evening work shifts before I went on hiatus. I'd always get given shifts most days of the week for 4pm-10pm. I'd spend all day beforehand and all day of the shift dealing with serious anxiety and sickness.

Eastenders is good to look forward to though, I like it too haha.

Wow I totally forgot when I was a freshman in college I went to an out of state school. I would dread the weekends so much. At least during the week I had class to keep me busy, weekends I did nothing. I should have tried to pick up more hours at work or something because they were awful! Freshman weren't allowed to have cars, and even if we were there's no where to go...the town was the basically the college, a subway, and a dollar store.

I used to have to watch the worst programme in history (Glenroe) every Sunday night before bed, as a kid.

ahh same here!! i had no choice but to go through the torture of watching it when i was younger and then straight to bed afterward
