Thanks everyone. 
You're all so nice. I didn't speak at normal volume there for fear of blasting the speakers. Plus it was at night.
Invisibleman, do we really all sound similar? I should've put some extra Aussie flavour into that voice. "Blah blah blah THE DINGO ATE YOUR BABY blah blah...."

Consider it a good reaction. Especially that I've understood what you were saying. I've heard other Aussies and they were seriously giving me a nosebleed. My mind automatically goes Pentium I trying to figure out what they were trying to tell me. Argh!

There are some thick accents out there, but because I don't live in the sticks, I have a fairly regular accent.

I might do a voice posting but I'm gonna have to work up the courage first. As for the accent thing I'm from the south (florida,usa) and sometimes I can sound like a real hick lol

I tried listening to Mikey and Beleza but for some reason it didn't play. It's probably a problem with my work PC. I'll try again when I get home.

It was an issue with my PC at work. I'm able to listen to them at home.
