Don't worry, Assassin's Creed is still better :D

I'm feeling conflicted right now. Zapping people with lightning is so much fun!

@Pebblesdundee- I bought it like a week before Sony gave out those free copies lmao

Ugh, I hate that. I always want to say, "I'm perfectly fine not being invited. Leave me ALONE!!!"
^ Heh, yeah exactly. But of course I didn't tell her that. I just gave her a polite "I don't know" after she asked if I was coming. Yeah I ended up not going. :p I'm somewhat kicking myself for it because I really should be getting out more. It's so easy to get into the 'isolated' routine, and usually quite difficult to get out.

What happened to it? o.o
That yellow light thing...
It was out of warranty, so I fixed it myself with a hairdryer (LOL) and it worked for a couple of months. Now, it's too hot to use it, but maybe with my air conditioner lower it could work. I have to try it.

360's better anyway.
I think 360 is the better console for people who play games online all the time.- hands down, better system for online play.
My 360- bought brand new long after all of the initial disc melting problems; melted a disc in less than 20 minutes then burst into flames. XD

I prefer PS3. Have not had a single problem... aside from the hack but I didn't have any credit card or payment information to be surrendered so I just got 4 free games at no expense/inconvenience to me, because I don't play online anyways. wee!!
That's just my opinion~ Heavy Rain, MGS4, Uncharted- yes please!

I just looked up the review of MGS4 and I saw it got a 10. Why do I not own this game?! I only just started the first Uncharted. I'm waaaay behind =/

Now having proof of one system being quite unstable (when I still had one, that is), and seeing more and more PS3 failures these days, I'm starting to think the PC would be the best, ''console'', if you will.

So far I've never experienced nervousness regarding whether the system was going to overheat or breakdown due to game intensity with PC games. Though, of course PC gaming does bring it's own problems. Long installation periods, compatibility issues, lagging internet connections, ect.

But I'm not really going anywhere significant with this, so feel free to interrupt me at any time. ::p:

I am on my second 360 because the first one started reading games as dvd's, and my ps3 has always operated as it was meant to. I'm still gonna stick with 360. PS3 if you start a game and there are updates for it, you gotta be prepared to wait at least fifteen minutes as it downloads and installs all the updates. If you're unlucky, it might even be up to an hour. What happens if a 360 game needs updates? It downloads in less than 30 seconds, no wait for install, and that's it. I downloaded a game on PSN once and all the updates were 3 times the size of the initial download! PS3 also has all the mandatory updates it seems every week that don't appear to have any effect at all. PS3 just makes you wait for everything. For impatient gamers like me, it's 360 ftw.

PS. I do like Playstation Home though. you can go and sit on a bench and people-watch and listen in on peoples' chat conversations, and it's sorta like real life, if people in real life wore ridiculous costumes and randomly started dancing.

haha~ I've never had a good enough computer to run any good pc games smoothly. Lots of graphics issues, really~ and my computers are used, old and slow. If you have a good enough computer though, PC may be the way to go... for some games.
There are a couple of games... Portal 2 being one, (I think?) that are cross compatible with co-op play; so you could be playing on PC and your partner could be playing on a different system. That is a GREAT idea for people who like to play online with their friends but play on different systems.

I've never really gotten into that thing. Is that a good way to make new playstation friends?

sometime i feel a bit embarrasing for keep giggling.. as i think it makes me look stupid :p

Embarrassing, that could be possible. You may be enjoying a moment. Let the moment happen.

I could sure use a good laugh right now. It has been a long long time since I have really laughed.

My anxiety extends into the virtual realm too, but I imagine for someone who is more outgoing online, it would be pretty good for that. Other people do approach and start chatting with me quite often. You can go bowl or play billiards with random people. Sometimes the theater shows music videos. There are a ton of different areas now, with different themes. Some of them incorporate their own games. My personal favorite is the star wars cantina. There's an urban area where you can play basketball and several spots where music is voted on and people can dance.

I get nervous online too. I rarely play the multiplayer functions on a game...

I got really lucky with my current computer. Opportunity, research and availability just kinda fell into place, resulting in me being able to buy that can play almost all modern games, at a (relatively) very decent price. But I totally understand that it's difficult to keep the computer up to todays standards. Motherboard restriction, tons of technical knowledge that you just so happen need to know about, and of course, the mere price of it all. I experienced that first hand with my previous computer.. Hazzle, hazzle, hazzle.

It would be great to see some kind of unity amongst games and consoles so that you're not forced to choose. I get the need for console competition, but I reckon it would only benefit sales if social gamers could actually play with their friends regardless of console preference. For example, I knew that the PS3 was technically better then the X360 at the time, but for unknown reasons still preferred the X360. If more games would've been cross-platform multiplater/co-op wise, I would have definitely bought a lot more games then I did. I have no doubt it would be the same for the other console/(and) pc too.
