Photography is a hobby I wish I could afford. But sadly I cannot afford a camera so I just use my phone and edit my photos myself. (no filters!) Here's a handful I pulled from my Instagram from this year.

Edit: Waterfall image fixed.

Wow! The phone cameras are legit now. These are very nice. I really like the sky with the snow bank next to the river.

A few more of my favorite photos taken this year. Had to resize as they were too large to upload.

The last photo I actually took a couple years ago and played around with filters to create that image. I love it so much I had it printed on canvas and is hanging on my wall. :)

Wow REALLY beautiful... outstanding landscapes! I love them all... so peaceful. You live in a gorgeous place that you captured really well the feeling of solitude.

May i ask why are dragonflies yout favourite insect? i like praying mantises, love their diferent shapes and colors depending on the species :)

Same here, i only have my phone :( i'll post some pics when i have the chance! living in a city doesn't give you many chances of capturing beautiful landscapes such as yours (the thread in general).

Phoenixx, those are awesome pics, the waterfall and frog ones from a previous post aswell. Are all those edited phone pics??

Yes, all of my pictures are from using my phone's camera. I edit them slightly in either Instagram or an app called Fotor. I don't use filters or if I do I only use them on a low percentage just to give a little more depth. (With the exception of that last pic of course!)

Phoenix-Have you tried to sell your photos before?

FOAM- l could write a small novel about my affinity to the dragonfly but I am not that talented Lol I just feel so lucky to have had them around me all summer. They have been like a spirit animal to me most of my life.
Pray Mantis don’t the females kill the males after they mate? Ok I had to research that...they literally bite the head off the male and devour the corpse! Yowza talk about ‘So much for the afterglow!’
They are equally as amazing an insect for sure. I also read the dragonfly females will fake their deaths to avoid breeding with males they don’t like. They have new footage of them doing it LOL these bugs!

I live in the city too :( but it’s kinda a jungle here.

Yeah I am no expert but I enjoy photography so much. Like you were able to create a beautiful piece of art for your wall that is all that matters, how it makes you feel. You obviously have a gift though. Keep up on it!

I was playin on this photo edit program and I did a few of my goat super imposed on different back grounds. I had so much fun. That’s where the magic is in creating art. The joy behind it.
