What program did you use for these?

It’s an app called Snow
Try it. It makes some photoshop stuff super easy which i love bc I cannot do Adobe very well and the freeware Gimp it’s called I find equally as clunky

Thanks, I have photoshop for Uni but its always more effort than I want to commit for fun little pictures like you're doing
