My head hurts. Driving all day. It really wasn't too bad, but I am feeling rather blah now. Kind of really gross, loser-ish, and miserable. I am glad to be in town visiting my mom again... I think? Gah.

Still feeling stuffed from earlier. Also feel a little chilly (mainly my nose is cold). Oh, and a small part of me feels frustrated, but luckily I have a stress ball for that (instead of yanking on my hair or chewing my fingers up).

How can so many people be so ignorant.
Well, people fear what they don't understand. Because of that, the stigma is added to the thing, whatever it may be, and shun it so that they can remain "safe" in their minds amd not have it interfere or affect their lives, or something like that. It's sad, but it's a basic defense mechanism of the mind. All we can do is give those people a home in our hearts and a place to belong.

I know. Its not right and its not fair. People with mental illness cant help it and should not be judged for it (because who likes being judged?)... I think it may have something to do with the fact that you cant see mental illness and that there is a degree of unpredictability. A lot of people dont know how to handle it especially if they cant control or understand it.
I think very s-l-o-w-l-y there is more tolerance toward the mentally ill, but it needs a lot more work.

Off Topic I'm huge fan of Dexter, Something on is murder psychology tha't attracts me....but no I'don't want to kill anyone! About THE WALKING DEAD i got to see some episodes, but can't follow all series : ( I'm more into Boardwalk Empire...
PS: there are plenty of them out there....probably are already busy : P but When we look, we find.... is harder to find us : P
