Wow, that's no good. I don't really have any advice to assist you but I hope that disappears soon. Constant, severe panic attacks can really hinder your well-being.Pretty terrible. Hey, don't say that about yourself; you're as important and noticeable as the next person. Don't put yourself down so much, okay? Maybe they were just busy, or, in the worst-case scenario, they weren't that great a friends. Make sure you go ask them face-to-face about why they were ignoring you. But I'm glad to see that you're feeling better.

Really awful. Just...ugh. On top of that, I have jury duty on the 28th, to which I tried for an exemption and was denied, despite already having something booked for the 30th. But no, denied.
