For me I'm usually much less anxious if I don't sleep much or at all and I never sleep before a job interview or some other important thing that's anxiety-triggering. When I first started my job I slept about ten hours the first week...the only thing is, if I've gone for too long without getting enough sleep I start to get really tense and on edge and then my anxiety is WAY worse....usually leading to panic attacks. So sleep deprivation works for me in small doses.
It's weird, when i was in college, I would pull all-nighters a lot to finish projects and papers, and going to class in the morning was amazing, like i felt no anxiety at all.
