my favorite? Rocko's Modern Life. Best cartoon while growing up...and Doug, Ren&Stimpy, and Beavis&Butthead.

My memory is not very good, is this the one where he lives in the middle of nowhere (And the sign actually says "nowhere")? I can remember getting really scared in one of the episodes it was when the old people turned evil on the dog (They might have been possessed) but yeah I always remember it being on at 1am after DBZ (I could never get into that...) when I could never get to sleep lol

I remember this quite well! Watched it lots back then. I think it still shows occasionally on cartoonnetwork to. I'm never able to catch when it comes on though.
