I've been eating too much candy this month. It's like an addiction... lol. This occurs when I have to deal with people sometimes. I'll eat a whole bag of candy beforehand (especially this month). I see a lot of people eat like a couple candies, and put it away. I just ate a whole bag of candycorn x.x The next trip to the dentist should be interesting, eh... Anyway any tips to stop this or anyone else going through this? Also... I just watched a documentary of japanese diet and I want this diet too but it's so hard!
