Thanks for sharing the information. Its true that I just go back to sleep as soon as I wake up and keep repeating the process over again.

I wish I could sleep all day. The only emotion I really feel much anymore when I'm awake is annoyance. Everything bothers me at all times. Everything needs to back off.

Waiting

Sometimes I wish I could sleep like 20 hours a day. I mean I am almost always tired of the day as soon as I wake up, it'll be 8 am and I'll be bored out of my mind already. It'd be something to do. I could never use sleep as an escape, it's just so hard to do. I can hardly sleep more than 7 hours, and lately it's been extra hard to get to sleep or even feel remotely tired.

You sleep addicts are lucky. Time must go so fast for you all. I think of it way different now, I'm scared of sleep because I don't want to wake up and be reminded of current life, so you could say i'm addicted to sleep deprivation. Not a wink of sleep last night, I feel dead, and time/days/weeks go soooooooooooo slowwwwwww

I know the situation, when I had a stressful day (actually half a day when I did free work from 9 to 12am) I had to lay down and fall asleep as fast as possible, It really is my only way of handling stress, when I tell my doc of this habit, he looks at me thinking "You cannot be that stressed if you lay on bed and fall asleep for 5 full hours" but it's really exhausted and to tired to read a book, or even go out for a walk cause that causes me even more stress. So yes, I'm not ashamed to say I sleep a lot overday when I have the "luxury" to do that.
I know I'm a night person, but at night I really feel more relaxed that I don't want to miss it by sleeping at the time the "world" is accepting you to sleep.

Well if it IS possible, I'm addicting because I love to sleep during the day (Yeah. I'm a living vampire and not one of the Twi-tarded ones.)

Of corse, I can't sleep during the day because my boyfriend made me get an alarm clock to be more responsible so most of the time, I'm very groggy. -_-;;

I love sleeping, theres times i wish i just wouldnt wake up and the I usually have to drag myself out of the bed. There was a time it nealy turned into a bit of a hobby. Id just come home from school and just really look forward to going to bed.
