  • It went well, now I have the post surgery treatment with eye drops every now and then and sunglasses. I still don't see perfectly, especially when writing/reading (including now :p) but it'll be fine in the end.
    How have you been? :)
Ouch! ::(: Not a good way to start, but I'm sure you'll get more comfortable there as the place, the job and the people become more familiar. It's always tough when you first start somewhere new. My job is going through good days and bad days, so I suppose it all averages out at bearable, yeah. ;) Got some time off next month, so at least there's that to look forward to. :)
Nah, that was years ago. Now you feel nothing, just more sensible to light for a couple of days. My dad did it a few years ago, so now it has to be even better :p
Good to hear you're better! They were only test pre-surgery. I'm going to have eye surgery next Thursday, no more glasses for me!
i want you to know, you started all this by bumping a perfectly ignored thread
im doing ok. just wasting time till my next semester starts. how are you doing? any luck with your job quest? merry christmas to you.
Hi! It has been so long since I have talked to you and I wanted to say hello. I was writing because I am in the UK right now, I saw you posted after one of my posts and remembered you from this site.....How have you been?
Thanks Twiggle! :) You are wise beyond your years! :) heh.. I don't 'like' divorced men, they just seem to abound around here lately... (and some are pretty cute!) A few years ago a friend online said she's waiting for the 'divorce train' and apparently where I live it has arrived-?? These divorced daddies seem a 'different breed' from the guys I dated before, so it feels like I need guidelines!! :) If that makes sense?
(I liked a guy or a few before they were married or divorced (2x) though shh!!)
Mum's better, taking new meds, we're all a bit freaked out still.. yikes.. (Especially as aunt has been still in bad shape...) I hear ya on the little sister!! The friend who had birth recently is 10 years younger, a friend's little sister has 2 (!) kids already and she's waay younger too!! After reading/hearing some details not sure if I ever want any though, yikes!! Focused - do they sell that in bottles somewhere?? :) Thanks anyway!!
Woo!! :) Congratulations for the job & YAY for the experience!! :) May it bring many bigger and better things!!
My life is a bit 'meh'/stressful right now, hope it gets better too!!
You seriously overestimate the potential for social life here in the middle of nowhere, most everyone else my age has kids/careers/significant others! :) (Or maybe I underestimate it lol!)
I've been reading 'how to date divorced dads' -they've been driving me batty at times!! lol! (Yes, it's a science!) Not sure I dare to, but some are pretty cute!! lol (don't dare to be a rebound girl tho!!) Mum's been to hospital, just given new pills, it kinda scared me too.. A friend just had a baby, I don't know which one of us was more 'freaked out' lol!! (I have baby phobia and oh the details ohh - lol!!) I have tons of things to do (which I've been too stressed out to do!! lol!) So yeah, I hate it when things 'pile up', wishing for some calmness...
Hope you are well and that all goes well!!
Well, I have no classes because I have to prepare the exams that start next week, so I should be busy if it wasn't for my procrastination

    And how are you? :)
Hi Twiggle, I keep meaning to write you a PM or e-mail, but I've been busy.. Hope you're allright and having fun! :) How was the skating? :)
