    I know what you mean about the nice weather being a bit of a downer, sometimes i'll sit indoors thinking of all the things i could be doing on such a lovely day and it gets me down as well, but then if i go out it bugs me seeing all the loved up happy people enjoying the sunshine as well lol i can't win 0_o

    I used to LOVE going to gigs, i even went to Glastonbury a few times, but the thought of doing something like that sends me into a panic now! It's a shame though because i used to have loads of fun at gigs and stuff grrrrrrr at SA lol
    LOL you sound like me! i complain about the weather as well if it's cold i moan and if it's too hot i complain as well hehe the only season i don't mind is Spring!
    If you work hard at it then you'll be a black belt in no time :cool: and you'll be able to feel for yourself how amazing it feels to have that belt around your waist!

    How is the weather in Wales? I hope you're having beautiful sunshine like we are in London :D
    Awww hehe the more you go to lessons and get to practise the better you will get at Karate! I used to do kick boxing when i was younger but i gave up because i wasn't picking it up as quick as everyone else and i reagret that sooooooooo much, i really enjoyed learning and if i stuck it out i know i would have gotten better! so before you know it you'll be a kick ass black belt :cool:
    I'm the same, if i plan something not just exercise, it can be anything and i miss it i get very irritable especially at myself for not getting it done, so i try my hardest to keep to my plans, that way i should stay happy lol
    That's exactly what i find as well, the other day i was feeling a bit low and usually i just wallow in self pity, but i got up and did some exercises and after about half an hour i was completely in the zone, any thoughts i had before were completely gone.

    I'm really glad you have taken up Karate, anything that can help us forget about SA for a while is brilliant in my books :)
    Yoga is going really well, it can be strenuous depending on what type you do, but i'm doing the easiest because i'm scared of pulling a muscle lol I do work out at home as well, i got a load of exercise stuff years ago and they were just collecting dust, but when i broke up with my ex i decided to use them to make me feel better :)
    I think it's really good that you have found something that can take you away from your SA, i hope you carry on with the lessons, i do yoga and it takes my mind off of everything for an hour or two. I think anything that can divert you from the reality of life for a while is a darn good thing hehe

    How long have you been doing Karate for? that's really cool that you're getting out to do it :)
