  • I own the first 6 seasons of American Dad, but I've never watched The Cleveland Show. American Dad is okay but not the best. Season 2 I felt had the best episodes in them.
I don't think people not caring about strangers is anything to do with the actions of those strangers, it's to do with the standards to which they hold themselves. For example, i very much dislike people and strangers, but i'll always do my best to do right by other people, because i want to be proud of myself at the end of the day. Whether the strangers appreciate it or not isn't any of my business. Yea i think there's truth in that, it would be nice if people could place less importance on material objects. But i think that anywhere in the world where there is the means (i.e. money) people will be like that. Xx
Yeah, I've lived around here all my life. I'm not sure what things I could say I liked about it, since I guess I don't really have anything else to compare it to, lol.
Australia is not exactly a hotbed for animation - gotta leave that to the Americans. I don't know any British animations, either.

Well, I used to watch Captain Planet when I was a kid. There were other good shows like Widget (I think he was purple and had a sidekick called Megabrain). Pinky and the Brain was a good show. CatDog was very awesome and I watched that for a long time.

Overall, Looney Tunes was my favourite, especially Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote. I still have a DVD of them to this day.

    What about you?
    Poetry is good. :)

I wish I could watch TV whilst on the treadmill... I get so bored on that thing at the gym. Actually the gym does have TVs, but always on sport, and even when not the volume is down (music up).
After 24 years, coming up with original episodes is certainly not easy. I can't think of any Australian animations that I like, or if many actually exist. I've heard of Dangermouse but never watched it.
Hey. It's going very well. I was such an addict before lol . I'm not as strict on myself now as when I started though (I had quit entirely).
I just see the bad in everyone, whether they are strangers or not :p i see good in people too though :) if it's there. I think it's there in very few people though. When you say "our culture" do you mean there's a western arragance to western culture? Xx
Hello. No, there's no story behind it really. When I joined, I just chose something that it was very unlikely anyone else would have chosen. :)
Hi.I think I remember the tv show Daria vaguely..Interestingly there are lots of US cartoon channels shown over in the UK.Along with new tv shows they show some classical cartoon shows or they show the modern remake.Shows like Top cat,Scobby Doo,Thunder cat,Teenage Mutant Hero turtles, but not Daria. Is it you your favourite cartoon show.
Yeah, continuity is a big issue in the show, but that's like any animation, really. South Park has been going for nearly 20 years and the kids are still in elementary school.

I know that episode you're talking about with Skinner. I agree it's weird but I still liked it. The Sideshow Bob/Bart thing is entertaining for me, so I hope they keep milking it. ;) Yes, there's lots of episodes I don't like, especially those singing ones (ugh!). Treehouse of Horror series can be hit and miss, too.
Yea :) daftness is what makes life fun. I think i do prefer Japanese culture, but it's difficult to tell since i've never been to Japan and only really know about the culture from the media. Bit i think it would suit me better. I avoid just talking to anyone really, that way social things don't come up. But i don't like people so it doesn't feel like avoidance, it's just living life the way i want to :p Xx
Oh, I totally forgot about Zapp Brannigan! He is a hell of a character and I like how he constantly fails with Leela. :) You're right that he steals the show, even if he is slightly underused, but I guess using him too much would take away his appeal.

Ooh, it's hard to say which is better. One has been running for about 6 years while the other about 24, so on that alone, The Simpsons has more good episodes to choose from. Hard to say, though. Both shows are really good.
Yea i guess it's been like that for a while, i just love japanese culture and how they are so respectful to history and nature and property :) hmm metal bands... again, i'm really not in to bands, but i like songs by Soil and Good with Grenades.. Hehe awesome, A Bug's Life was good :) yea not too bad thanx, i just keep away from anxiety causing things. You? Xx
I can understand that people would've been sceptical when it first began, but I really do like the show. My guess is that Groening really wanted to do something different so he came up with that. I think my favourite characters there are Zoidberg and Farnsworth, with Bender a close 3rd. How about you?
Well mostly k-pop and j-pop and dance music and metal. I didn't like the Madagascar films that much, they were okay, i just prefer disney pixars :p nice :) i use amazon for manga mostly and occasionally clothes and other random things! Xx
I guess his rude side is a bit unlike people here, haha.

Futurama is pretty good, too. I think they've stepped it up from season 5, even though heaps of previous episodes were really good, too.
