I am a little worse than most when it comes to hostility, sadly. I have hurt people in the past. But your right, it can be channeled sometimes.

I am OK, been busy cutting up animals. Had a couple of setbacks lately. Not with anxiety, with hostility....... which is worse as far as I am concerned. But I am better now. I hate that part of my personality.
