  • lol Its OK I was just being sarcastic! :D A prize would be pretty cool, ooh three wishes? Awesome!! OH!... only one? *pouts* Uh lets see.... A trip to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter! ;D
Uh I think you're asking if I speak french or "the language of love"? But I don't! lol :] I do have a thing on my ipod touch that is supposed to teach you french though.
Thank you, you're kind. :) If it makes you feel any better, I've gained a little bit of confidence back since then. It's still very hard to ignore all of those comments though.
Maybe, if I ever get into establishing my own place someday.

It's okay, you're not prying at all. Nothing really started it, per se, as I've had the fear my whole life. Being teased and called "ugly" during most of my adolescent years though has not helped the matter any at all. If anything, it made it worse.
I find him to be very rude. I know people say that it's just him on the show, but TV show or not, I don't see it as an excuse to act like a raging lunatic. Why do people like such dramatic tv shows? I will never understand.

Yeah, I have a fear of cameras. Or being in front of a camera anyway. I'm extremely self conscious, and I've hated cameras for as long as I can remember. Hence why I haven't shown my face around here yet.
That's good! Cooking takes getting used to, but it's fun.

And no, I'm pretty sure you won't see me on any of those shows. I don't like Gordon Ramsey and I don't think I'm anywhere good enough to be on Iron Chef. Even so, I hate cameras haha.
I think my culinary skills are quite good. Taking Culinary Arts for two years at a tech school helped a bit. Although I did have training at home too. ::p:
Thank you! I actually have quite the list: Wheat, corn, rice, apples (Raw only. I have what is called oral allergy syndrome; basically where a reaction occurs if the fruit is raw, but fine if it's cooked), bananas (Not OAS unfortunately), milk, bell peppers, paprika, cauliflower, xylitol (sugar alcohol found in a lot of things), and almonds (I have yet to get tested for this one though. I've been avoiding them for a while after I started getting a reaction one day). Or as other people like to say, "allergic to everything." I wasn't diagnosed with every single one of these all at once though. The list just grew over time. I'm hoping it's done. Adding to the list always sucks.

Yeah, my diet is a pain in the arse usually, but I kinda like not eating what everyone else is. There's a ton more interesting foods out there than the other junk you find on the market. Plus, when you're avoiding a number of things, you have to be pretty creative with what you make. :)
The food business thing I've wanted to do since I was 13. I guess that's when I kinda found my muse, sort of speak. Then the whole dietitian plan came around when I was 15 after being diagnosed with food allergies. So yeah, rather than thinking of it as an unfortunate event, it's basically been my foundation for what I want to do as a career. Funny how it all worked out.
