Thank you! I actually have quite the list: Wheat, corn, rice, apples (Raw only. I have what is called oral allergy syndrome; basically where a reaction occurs if the fruit is raw, but fine if it's cooked), bananas (Not OAS unfortunately), milk, bell peppers, paprika, cauliflower, xylitol (sugar alcohol found in a lot of things), and almonds (I have yet to get tested for this one though. I've been avoiding them for a while after I started getting a reaction one day). Or as other people like to say, "allergic to everything."
I wasn't diagnosed with every single one of these all at once though. The list just grew over time. I'm hoping it's done. Adding to the list always sucks.
Yeah, my diet is a pain in the arse usually, but I kinda like not eating what everyone else is. There's a ton more interesting foods out there than the other junk you find on the market. Plus, when you're avoiding a number of things, you have to be pretty creative with what you make.
