I was thinking that maybe a saturday lunchtime might be best. Because that would be more convenient for people who are working, and lunchtime might be less crowded than night-time.

But you should feel free to suggest whatever date/time suits you. I will make sure that we run with the most popular date/venue/time.

It'd be great to have you join us.

Saturday luchtime would prob suit or else an evening during the week :)

As far as I know there are four definitely coming - me, davidburke, X-No-oil-painting-X and BlackKids. I don't know if anyone else is coming but if they are just post up on this thread so we know you're planning on being there!! Of course if you don't end up being able to come thats totally fine, its just so we don't forget about anybody cos we don't know they're coming :D

If the buses are cancelled.... i'll cry!

Its unlikely ill be able to make it :( Not only do I have some evil flu yoke making me sick theres a high chance the bus into town ( from where Id be catching the bus the galway ) will be cancelled. Ilike the country be it cant be frustrating living here. The roads are like a feckin skating ring and have been for the last 3-4 weeks.

why does it feel like Im pussying out? :(::(:

Awww that sucks!!! Wah ::(: But it's not like you're pussying out at all, it's not your fault! Don't worry about it. I thought that might happen alright, especially because it's supposed to be this bad or worse for at least the next week.

Charlene, have any buses been cancelled down near you yet? Or are they ok at the minute? I'm just wondering if we should postpone or if others will still be able to make it. If it's too much hassle for people to get to Galway and to walk out to the uni, etc., we could do it another saturday, one where everyone could be there and it would be easy. My road is really bad and icy but once you get past the actual road I live on it's main roads into Galway so it's ok. David, I know you live out the country too, how hard/easy will it be for you to get in?

Stupid Ireland falling apart in some cold weather, I'm so sick of it now even though I love cold weather

hey everybody so whats the verdict is it officially on or off for 2moro.im only like 5 mins away from the college so its no biggie either way for me

I don't know about anyone else, but I'm up for postponing it. I think it would be better if we did it a day that everyone was able to be there and we weren't wondering if anyone would turn up!! And aswell because people will have to be walking to the uni and stuff in the cold and ice. So everyone won't be miserable when they get there lol!!
As far as I know, the really bad weather should hopefully only continue for the next week or two, so we should try and reschedule it for as soon as possible, so that we don't procrastinate and stuff! Maybe saturday fortnight or something, like the 23rd of January?

What does everyone else think?

Ok, I just checked the weather for Galway tomorrow on thee interwebs...between -7 and -2 degrees, and it'll be snowing aswell supposedly, mmmm fun times

I think thats probably a good idea its likely buses will be disrupted, give it a while for this weather to pick it

Ok, it's postponed so, I think everyone is in agreement. And I think everyone knows about it...I know there were five people definitely planning to be there, I've texted charlene and mark, and david you know about it now, and I've left a message on badbuz's page (sorry, I don't know your name!! ::eek::). Do you know of anyone else who was planning on being there?

Hopefully tomorrow fortnight it'll be better and we can have it then, so that we don't leave it too long between when we were planning on doing it and when it actually happens!

Aw, I'm sad now that it's not happening, but it might have been kinda sucky in this weather ::(:
