This passed through my facebook newsfeed, thought I would share it, sorry if repost. I know that time to recharge/rest after social situations could be added too.

I think these rules can apply to everyone, really. It's mostly a lot of common courtesy.

Don't interrupt and embarrass an introvert because they love personal space and privacy!!! #11 and 12 don't you dare try to change us, respect our wishes for privacy.

Hmmm.....Even extroverts love privacy at some point, I agree with Mikey, most of this is just respect for anyone.

If 5 is refering to talking, then that one does not apply to me.. I can bet you'd never hear me speak.. I took me a VERY long time to get a friend, which I did in high school, and I never talked to him, I just listened and eventually did not feel anxious around his so much. I still get a bit of anxiety around him, but he was VERY introvert himself so it made things easy.. Not sure how we met. 12 is a major one that my parents need to follow.. Nice list!

Every one has their own personality and they will approach you in their own way- whether you like it or not.

So, you can either fight everyone by pushing those rules down their throats (remembering this will be a life times work) or you can better spend the time on learning how to deal with mixed opinions and situations.

Takes work to get better, not rules for others to follow.
