would you return to your childhood if you could, given what you know now?.

Definitely..
I would try to be braver and do some things which I didn't do because of fear..
now it's different..it's hard to get back into life among people after all those ages..

I'd like to go back to 18 again, but not any younger, even though my problems probably were caused at an earlier age. I've wasted so many important years, I'd do almost anything to have them back. :(

there are times when I would say "yes" but to think about going through some things again... even though you had foreknowledge do you think it would change things? I often wonder about that. In some ways it might be harder to know things in advance. think about all the confusion it would cause you as a child. just because you made another choice about something doesn't guarantee it would work out better. things were hard enough the first time.

Yes, yes and yes. I don't know if I would be able to change some things... but i would be able to defend myself at least, or deal with my situation a bit better. That would change a lot of other things.

Yes I would. There's quite a few people on the playground I would like to punch in the face.

I am not 25 yet, soon, this year. But my answer is yes, if I could retain all the knowledge and experiences I have now, but go back, I would.

True there is always issues in this regard, I still think I would be able to make better choices, at least in regards to how I went about college, and to prepare myself in high school, etc.

I'm not sure, possibly. I wish I could return & somehow force my mom to get help for me because I know that if I had had help as a kid, I wouldn't be this way now. But since that wouldn't be possible, I'm not sure if I would. Everything was easier then, but I would have to go through school all over again which was hell for me. So, I really don't know.

Oh that is an emphatic YES!!! Without a doubt, I would right some wrongs that I did when I was 10 years old... I would change a few things, and I would insist that my father quit smoking...and if he didn't quit then I would start smoking too...until he quit. I know he would quit if I started... it is my only leverage I would have...knowing what I know now. I wish my dad were still alive... I miss him terribly bad. I may be 41, but I still feel like a 16 year old boy inside who still needs his parents acceptance and I long for their love. Something that I never really got.... I would also seek out help at a much earlier age. Help for my anxiety, depression, and sexual OCD. I hate being obsessed about sex all the time, especially with SA and the fear prevents me from even approaching a female. I am an oxymoron.... I define the word.
