And if that's not quick enough, maybe you could find a doctor willing to graft some cadaver's calf muscles onto yours?

squats with weights , put weights on your shoulders bend down as low as you can go , then when your up as far as you can go stretch your calfs up as high as you can go , then repeat repeat ect

Running? Even though it's a cardio exercise, it definitely beefs up the legs, I guess. Better yet, running on an incline.

Yeah this is really good advise especially about the incline,my legs got toned just from running on a treadmill every other day.Though obviously if you can do other exercises which target the leg muscles that will help too.If you can get to a gym that will help as they have all sorts of machines which you can use to target just the legs.

It really depends on genetics though. The problem with the calf is that they are some of the most stubborn muscle for some people. Some people can do everything right and never seem to grow, meanwhile my ex-wife could get a good calf pump just walking across the street!

Now, for the leg muscle in general the best is the squat. In fact the squat is arguably the king of all exercises. For one it is a compound movement that utilizes many muscles, upper and lower body, though the quadriceps and glutes get hit hardest. Second, the quads and glutes are two of the biggest muscles in the body. Third, heavy squats are proven to increase testosterone and growth hormone.

I love my sexy legs, not big but toned and defined. Strong too.
I pretty much just rode my bike and ran, focus on hill sprints for super burn but listen to your body as Its pretty easy to over do it and end up injured.

Not sure thats the fastest way but it certainly works. Id be surprized if you could get any decent gains in less than 6-10 weeks.
