Hi the title of my thread says it all.

Let's make it simple by following this format:

Born in what season ? (Autumn, Spring, Summer or Fall)
or if you were born in a tropical country (Wet or Dry season)

Major health concerns or Problems? (Allergies, Neurological issues, Chronic illness etc)

---------------------
Since I'm the thread starter, I'll begin

Born in what season? Rainy or Wet season

Major health concern Social Anxiety or Anxiety in General

Born: Winter
Health Concerns: Nothing pressing. Strokes run in my family so I'm always cognizant of that. I do have high cholesterol. I've been on medication for it before but it came down enough to where the Dr. said I could stop. I have to monitor it though.
Oh, and of course, SA and OCD.

I was born in the fall, and other than social anxiety and clinical depression I've never had any real health issues. Cancer and heart disease are pretty common in my family, so it'll be interesting to see how the next 15-20 years play out. I had two uncles die in their forties from cancer.

Born in spring (march) Have seasonal depression( it's manageable without meds though) when it's cold and all the trees are dead . I hate seeing trees without their leaves on them . They're like skeletons , metaphorically speaking .plus nothing grows so I can't plant stuff/garden which is something I find stress relieving .

Other than that I have obvious anxiety , self image issues, and deep-seated trust issues but Its manageable . It all causes me to be generally jaded around MOST people but none of it is cause enough for me to take medication for it . . When I was in high school a doctor put me on all kinds of sh!t that I didn't need to be on and it caused a lot of side effects . Now I know better .

Born on the dry season.

My main concern is I always catch food borne diseases such as intestinal flu and even had an experience with food poisoning once about 3 years ago. My practitioner said that the cause is not entirely because I am in terms of digestion but the food choices I make. It could be on the process of how the beverage or food is being prepared. Other than that, I do not have any major health concerns.
