Whenever I manage to make someone else smile or laugh it just amkes me smile as well and be really happy becuase it feels like I have achieved something big

Also sometimes when I have a good day like a did something completely outside my comfort zone and I didn't like have a panic attack that ususlly makes me smile at whoever and whenever

Realism makes me smile

Well perhaps realism is the wrong word - more like.... an awareness that sometimes times things arent all that great, or fair, or just.

Focusing on just the positive while ignoring the negative because it makes us feel too uncomfortable - or that there is some stigma or social expectation that we must be happy and never sad.

You should see me at parties. I'm a hit.
