What do you do most days?

Usually get up at 9.30
Eat breakast and tea/coffee. Have a shower, get dressed.
Turn on computer, read emails, read interesting websites or articles.

At 12.30 maybe I go out, a ride on bicycle, maybe to the library or grocery shopping.

If weather is good, I will stay out, sitting in the sun reading a book.
If weather isn´t good, I will be at home, on the computer, reading, watching movies, whatever.

Make dinner for myself around 7 pm.

Then do what I was doing during before dinner.

Go to bed at 12.
Usually I wake up many times during the night, and every morning I wake up later then I want to, because of bad sleep.

Once a week I see a friend, or visit family.

That´s it.

Well during school days I obviously spend most of my time there so no worries there. I don't get panic attacks in school cause I'm used to the environment now. The only time I feel a little afraid is the first day of the new year.

At home on the weekends and during the vacation my life to some may be boredom but to me it's enjoyable. I like to exercise at home. I do it at home cause I don't want to go to a gym cause I don't want people staring at me.

But that's like an hour. The majority of my time at home is spent on the computer or playing video games. I don't know what I'll do without my 360 and PS3.

Partying? lol this is a forum for those who suffer with SA. I've never been to a party in my life (except birthday parties as a kid and even back then I didn't want to go and I just sat in a corner by myself) and the last time I actually went out was last year October and it was a charity event and I only did it because it was for charity.

But the last time I hung out with friends would be around mid 2007. I haven't been to a mall or cinema in 4 years! I've been a prisoner in my house the last 4 years through no fault of my own really. But I have no problems with it. I like exercising at home, I like surfing the net and I love video games.

Drag myself to class, then drag myself to work and do my best to endure that miserable place. Then come home, but no rest until I do my homework, which usually takes hours - often the rest of the night. A lot of free time gets eaten up with my BDD obsessiveness...... shameful to admit but it's true. *sigh* can't I just die already? :(

No you can't die already because you gotta lotta livin' to do. GOOD living. Happy living. And sure, bad times too. Hate your BDD is partly killing your spirit. You have a very lovely spirit it shouldn't be eaten up by depression and BDD. =) If things get worse; consider checking your school's health services.

And maybe dance your way between classes and work. Instead of dragging yourself. Dance dance dance to them places.

i'm currently going through a pretty intense anxiety phase or whatever right now, so i'm highly agoraphobic, so i pretty much don't do shizz all day =/

i sleep too late, which i know i shouldn't do, but i'm depressed, and sleep is amazing when you're depressed, lol.. then i hurry to get up and do something before my dad gets home from work so i don't look like i've actually been asleep all day, ha.. then my boyfriend usually comes over and we make dinner and watch tv, sometimes if i'm feeling froggy, we'll try to venture to the grocery store or something nearby, but i usually end up freaking out and wanting to come home, so we don't stay out very long.. =/ it sucks

I do most of my studying at home. Sometimes I go on campus for class. I have an internship but I've worked it out to where I work from home.

I eat, sleep, watch tv, read, exercise, and play escape games or solitaire....

I also hang out with my boyfriend.

I wake up,
Go to school <--which depresses me a lot seeing that I'm too afraid to socialize :( ,
come home,
sit around, watch TV, go online, do some homework....
Sleep.
That's for my weekdays. I work the night shift on the weekends, which isn't so bad :)

Wakeup
Go to work
Then classes.
(Maybe study, but I don't like doing that)

Then if my roommate's not around I go to socialphobiaworld.com or watch shows on Netflix. She'll never catch me watching Spongebob or School Rumble!
