What are you afraid of going wrong in a conversation?

Hello all, I'm trying to design an exposure therapy program for myself. I'm starting off with making a list of the barriers I encounter in trying to make an authentic connection with others during conversation. In short, what I'm afraid of going wrong.

So far I've got:
Rejection.
Being insulted.
Losing my reputation with this person.
Coming off as stupid.

I'm continuing to build on this in as many ways as possible, and would appreciate input from you guys. Let it all out. Get as specific or as vague as you want. Anything and everything goes.

I'm afraid I'll have absolutely nothing in common with the person, so I'll know the conversation is pointless and I'd rather not talk.

All of these.

The other weird one I have is that I worry people will think I'm sexually interested in them/pursuing them romantically and subsequently be disgusted and ridicule me. I've never been sexually attracted to a stranger, and I've never had my fear realised so I don't know where it comes from. It happens with all strangers, both sexes, no real reason why I worry about it. But yeah.
