Maybe if they made a sincere and prolonged effort to change their characters for the better, they would change their material situations. But this site is plagued with this. i prefer forums where i can be anonymous. i don't bother with fb , ig or anything of that sort. not that i look bad. average looking dude , decent build but i hate seeing pictures of myself. taking pictures of myself and i doubt i woulds ever want to have my pics on the net.

Well, I have been on here for about 9 years so leaving now would be a shame. But I'm just saying what I think. And I'm guilty of it too. I love to think that I'm the victim of a cruel world...it gives me great pleasure. And I blame other people for my problems, that's how identified I am with my role on the earth.

Maybe you could give us a detailed account of your attempts or type in a link to a post where you talk about them and we can see if you did it by the book. Maybe we will all learn about the limits of pain-tolerance, effort, intelligence and passion.

I was chatting to a person who had SA on this site and he said that he just basically spent 6 years of his life reading up on it and he finally cured it. He is now the boss at a company. I myself have made significant improvements since I decided to confront my fears and it's not as if I spent a great deal of money on it. You would be surprised what a library card and a drive to destroy limiting beliefs can do.

Hi. I often feel like I am 'invisible' in social situations, and it does anger me sometimes as I am someone who has a lot to talk about, and I have lots of ideas and opinions on things. I am generally considered a nice person, although on first glances perhaps people would not 'see' that in me. From the few things that you've said already, I feel that it would be certainly worth getting to know you.

off i dont know its just me but what i see in the mirror is not what i see in pictures. might be hard to understand.
