There is actually a thing called a sleep diet, based around this very idea that the more you sleep, the less you eat. I actually tried it once but my sleeping patterns became too adjusted to the idea of lots of sleep and I was tired a lot.If we could sleep longer we just might not have to eat much if not at all. We'd be too busy sleeping.
If I could alter time, I would have time freeze one minute before my alarm, so that I could sleep as much as I wanted and then get up when I'm truly ready, and then resume time.
