Yeah, exactly. I've been trying to find out how to do it for ages. I've tried focusing on her negative qualities, pretending she already has a boyfriend or trying to think of her as one of my guy friends but it never works... So how do we get these women off their pedestals?
This is a bit gross but imagine them on the toilet doing their business lol, althougth they are still technically on a pedestal but a different kind.

The only thing that has ever come close to helping me be more comfortable around women is if I have multiple 'options'... but yeah, getting to that situation is part of the problem.

Dont worry to much about it and dont pressure yourself about these things.. Just let them come naturally... I never had a girlfriend & in gonna reach 23... I didn't find a right person, i got rejected many times and yes my SA disappointed me in many cases but ill make sure if i really like someone, ill man up and take the chance... Its also nicer when its mutual..
