I literally started crying whenever I found out about this site and social phobia. Why? I thought I was INSANE, I thought I was crazy, a freak. Basically, I thought I was the only one in the world who thought in such pathetic unreasonable ways, even though I couldn't stand it and just wanted it to stop and go away.

Anyways, enough of that.
My name is Jessica, usually go by Jess. I am 19. I live in Texas, US. I believe I have depressive social anxiety, reasons why I will post later in a new thread; and that's why I have decided to join you all today.
