Music is the anti-deppresent for me. Works like a charm. Get your tunes jamming and you'll feel fresh and carefree ...for the next 5 or so minutes at least :p

EATING FOOD.
More importantly - sweet food.

Anything with sugar in most cases, can help relieve some of my anxiety.
It's good to have that little burst of energy and the sugar is comforting.

Having said that though, I would get so incredibly overweight if I went out more and depended on sugar and sweets to make me feel less like I'm going to die from a panic attack.

Ipod and earphones with my fave music, lifts my mood AND drowns out people noise....which I find amazingly calming.
I take it to uni, and I find I can cope with much when I can drown out the sound.

Being outside lessens it some what. Standing kinda lessens it. Telling someone... If I'm in a social situation***

But other than that, no nothing lessens it.
