Does any know about immunity boosters or used any to not get so many re-occurring colds, flu? If so, how do they work?
..I googled them but there's so much info out there, I don't know where to begin.
I woke up this morning with a very sore throat and my voice is really hoarse. SIL and brother are sick again as well.
Just about the time I get feeling better, I get sick all over again - and that goes with the whole family. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired.
I eat quite healthy too. Each morning I have a green, home made smoothies. I take a multivitamin, Omega 3, and a Vitamin D3. I get enough protein, etc. and I don't over indulge. I do not exercise as much as I should, but that's just me procrastinating and being lazy. I used to do yoga and meditate, but again I drifted because of laziness and being so tired - that was my excuse. But easily fixed, just need to push myself.
When I get real sick like the last time with the stomach flu, my anxiety flares up real bad and I get panic attacks, 'phantom' aches and pains (I swear it's all in my head) and I try to not take the anti-anxiety med unless absolutely necessary but sometimes I break down and feel like the walls are caving in, etc. If you've ever had a panic attack, you know what I mean.
