Shortly after I was born, some woman visiting my mom at the hospital told her that I was ugly. Apparently, my skin was all wrinkly and brown and I had a disproportionate nose. I was shocked to hear this from my mom. The woman probably was expecting a beautiful baby boy.

My mom always tells me how ugly I was when I was born. There were problems during the birth and my head was all weirdly shaped.

My mother says now that I'm not, though a lot of people throughout my life made sure to disagree.

I've seen you and I can say that you're definitely not ugly. In fact you're very good looking, don't listen to those people Jonesy.

^ I've gotten all the ugly baby remarks too. I looked really unhealthy because I was born so early, I was only 2 pounds. I had a lot of extra skin I had yet to grow into, so I was pretty wrinkly, and it took months before I looked anywhere near normal or considered "cute."
