Nosepicking

Did you ever do that wen you were little (in public)?

It's a natural need / comfort

Family used to tell me off for that: 'nosepicker'!

Recently, in rehab in hospital, spending time recovering from brain haemorrhage, amongst stroke patients, someone in a wheelchair gestured to me that I was picking, and I liked that. It was embarrassing. I was unaware who was watching, cuz I'm a loner

Its usually men who get caught doing this, but once at the lights I was watching in the mirror as the woman in the car behind me was picking her nose, which was curious enough, BUT THEN SHE ATE IT!

I pick my nose and eat it. Unfortunatley we can only capture women and children, who's noses are generally smaller than mens, so it's just sort of a starter before we move on to their arms and legs. But I agree, I'd never let anyone see me doing it in a car, that would be disgusting. Do you know how long cannibals get in prison? A long time, for a (nearly) victim less crime

Searching other forums I read a reply that said "...try socialphobiaworld, I think they discuss darker topics there...". I guess this is the sort of thing they meant

that should be a new video catagory on youtube.... women picking their noses and eating it... thats very rare to see.. theres more bigfoot sightings per year than women booger eaters caught on tape!lol!!

Hmm, sounds like my coworker. She picks her scabs and eats them, wears the same clothes for a week straight, touches animal poop with her bare hands, and takes her finger and licks it in order to ingest every crumb left on the lunch table. When she is around me my OCD goes into overdrive. I wash my hands if I touch anything that I think she may have touched. Yuck.

Here's my question: Why do people always pick their nose in their car? Do they think that there is a force field around their car that makes them invisible.

Woah  Everything, except the last thing, your coworker does makes her sound like a character from The Addams Family ::p:

And because nobody you know sees you in your car I guess, and don't you feel safer in a ton of metal and glass and safety? I guess not safer, but more private I guess

Yes, yes they do. Cars are a strange thing, it's amazing what happens when the personality of a human mixes with a tonne of metal, such as they fact that cars can turn normally placid people into aggressive monsters.

when I was very small, I do recall doing a peepee dance whenever I had to go really bad. XD
I guess I didn't even realize that I was in plain sight and it was obvious that I had to go- and everyone who could see me, could tell.

Ohh... the wonders of childhood.

~
and yes, people think there is a magical forcefield around their car. They will do some pretty stupid things in their car, as if EVERY PERSON DRIVING BY THEM CAN'T SEE THROUGH THE WINDOWS. Windows = glass. Glass is transparent!
haha! I've seen some pretty hilarious things~ and some probably not so hilarious by moral standards... but I still laugh anyway. bwahaha!

Is that similar to a rain dance?

Nearly everyone eats their own mucus anyway. Unless they're those kind of people that snort it up and spit it back out on the street/toilet/sink. Frankly, I find that a whole lot more disgusting. *shiver*

Nosepicking in the Tube

When travelling for weeks on the Underground, snot becomes pitch black, and usually a bit more moist.

Whenever returning to the countryside, all is back to normal - a similar shade of your skin.

Do your keyboard or mouse ever need a bit of a wash?

The personal metal shell is impenetrable

When you buy your next secondhand car, check underneath the driver's seat for a nosegoblin collection... or those occupying the rear seats
