I didnt know there was an Irish forum. Thanks for the links David
I have googled forums in Ireland over the years but never found an active one. I knew about SAS but never joined as I was a member of Living Anxious (Facebook for folks with SA) but it went downhill alot over the last 1.5 years.
I rarly log on anymore.
