I love this thread, it's so positive.
Once my therapist told me to stick my arm out and say "I'm weak" over and over again while she tried to pull my arm down. Then she told me to stick my arm out again, only this time say "I'm strong" over and over again while she tried to pull my arm down. I was wondering what the whole point of that was, and it wasn't till after that I realized it was easier for her to pull my arm down while I was saying I was weak and harder when I was saying I was strong.
Keep up the positivity because it really means the difference :)

It's nice to do this after a hard day today. I was in an awkward environment where I knew people just didn't like me. I had to step out of my comfort zone. When the going gets tough, I find that listing out all the things in life I'm grateful for helps put my perspective in place and restores my sanity.

I am brave.
I am loved.
I have a people who like and love me.
I am challenging myself so much lately, and growing too.
I have an open mind.
I am always learning.
I am a kind person.
I am not fearless, but I have courage.
