I thought I should share this. Just replace "Facebook" for "the internet"
6 Things People Need to STOP Bragging About on Facebook | The Stir
I found this particular paragraph o be the most interesting:
"Your perfect spouse -- For the love of all things holy, PLEASE cool it with the sappy romance letters. We get it, you love your husband. But we don't need to know that he brings you breakfast in bed and a dozen roses every day, whispers sweet nothings in your ear, kisses your feet, and then weeps over how in love he is with you."
Some folks should learn a thing or two before creating accounts on places. I've always wondered what the point of making your relationship public is. And what's the point of bragging in general? I can maybe understand it coming from teenagers... but adults? Just... why?
I got upset from seeing two people last night posting constant "I love you"'s on each other's pages. They do this everyday. Both live in the same country, they see each other all the time, so... why not just text your mate? or better yet, just tell him/her that in person? It's not the first time I see a case like this, but I name this one in particular because it's the one I see the most. I can't unfriend the person because they're a good friend of mine, I don't want to make them upset for no reason.
Maybe any of you can explain me? :idontknow:
