A lot, say 92%. Yesterday, I had a bad interview and a bad group lab where I was so quiet, I couldn't speak up or say anything at all, cuz I could feel that I'm to stutter...

so today, I feel like crap, I hope this feeling goes away sooner the better, cuz I got another lab at 2 pm today :(, thats 40 min from now..omg

Other times, I feel good when I get a good grade on assignments, especially finals and midterms...so actually that's like 96%...my SA affect my mood 96% of the time

100%

If i have a good relaxed convo with someone or a night of successful socialising I feel amazing and nothing can stop me...

...but one side ways glance, awkward moment with someone and im set way back and feel worthless again!!

If I can start my day with a good convo it really helps. But if it starts with an awkward convo with someone i dont really care to talk to, it usually sux T_T

I know exactly how you feel, PennyLane. That's how I tend to feel.

When I'm feeling anxious I can't laugh very much. I sometimes don't get jokes and I have to think about it, I have to force to make other people laugh, so in general it's hard not to be serious. But if I'm relaxed, I've got a great sense of humor.

It seems to affect my mood all the time. Whenever I'm depressed, lonely, angry, etc., I just know that it's my SA at work.

I find it goes the othe way too. If I am feeling overwhelmed or tired or not in a good mood, then my social anxiety goes way up.

It affects my mood quite a lot as I feel that I'm constantly being judged in a negative light. It's also hard work going to work every day and feeling like a complete outsider and that I have nothing in common with the people there.
