How are you feeling?

Utterly miserable all weekend and once again morose today.

I suppose it doesn’t help that I am so reclusive most all the time.

One hell of a way to begin the week.

Pretty f**king abysmal, to be honest.

Hope things get better soon for you bud.PM me if you ever need to vent.

I'm doing ok,feeling a bit flat and down because I've been stuck in recently. But In a way that's a good thing, because it's showing I wan't to get out more and I'm not content to hide away anymore.

C.b.t is still going really well,it all seems to be clicking this time.Breathing exercises and distraction techniques are really helping me cope a bit more when I'm out,and I'm finding self monitoring and exposure therapy hard, but it's paying off I think :)

^ Nice job! Especially with explaining your anxiety. That's great, just great :)

I don't know about you all, but when I'm feeling "better" I feel worse. When I feel energetic or talkative, I have to come back to reality and realize that I have nobody to talk to, no little place I love to be. Feeling even minorly content makes me more lonely. I crash immediately afterwards.

^I get that to Escape... hmm, I dont know, just gotta "keep our heads up" as much as we can I guess :). Haven't figured that one out yet...

And Danfalc, that is great man!!!!!!!!!!! (insert more exclamation points here :D)

Distraction techniques are great... and so are breathing techniques. Try 'alternating' between techniques - so when you get bored or used to one, use a different one and vice versa :). I feel it helps with consistency and effectiveness :). Like, use one for one week and next week, a different one :)
