(Ha, yes that's the attitude I have too. For what it's worth, you're not ugly. I guess a lot of people on this site (including myself) have a very negative body image. I guess it must be something related to our sense of low self esteem)

Whatever it is man, try not to miss out on sleep. A rested body and mind helps a lot... but funny thing is that if you're worrying about things (and that's when you need sleep and rest to tackle problems fresh)... that's when it's hard to sleep. Anyway, all the best to you.
A bit nervous but positive. My mums off for 2 weeks and whenever shes free im gonna do something with her. Tomorrow we have decided on clothes shopping and seeing as im agoraphobic i feel a bit nervous but im going to carry on being positive and it will go fine
I can relate to this. I hope everything goes really well for you. I'm glad you're positive too, that can help you out. It's going to go just fine.
My thoughts, hmm.. Therapy went very well yesterday. Panic disorder, generalised anxiety, I'm going to get through it and make a return to work next week. I've spent seven and a half months, trying different things, the only way to overcome is to not continue to avoid, and to go back. I'm anxious, but positive.
That familiar rush is coming. I feel unsafe and dangerous, not being able to protect myself from myself - the pacing and nail biting in these walls proceeds.

just got home from work , we moved 2 lesbians today , they were both about 60 , they were both married once , and they both dumped there husbands and moved in together over 20 years ago i said didnt you 2 get on with your husbands then ... 1 said no , the other said my husband didnt know were my g spot was and laughed , its been an amusing day moving those 2
