Hi everyone,

I'm 27 and I've suffered with social anxiety properly since I was 19, though its always been there in some capacity. I'm always looking to meet other people with the same problem to chat to. Look forward to meeting you all on here :)

Hey Aimee =) welcome to the forum i hope u will find many ppl to talk and share ur toughts and opinion and have a nice time and more over try to open ur self if u feel to it helps a bit i think btw welcome =)
