Pretty much same workout as yesterday but I didn't push that hard today though.

Morning: Tuna sandwich and a boiled egg
Afternoon: Fishballs noodles and bake chicken
Night: Chicken rice with vegetables
Snacks: Ate a very small portion of chocolate tidbits and crackers.

Thanks! I'm still exercising but I think I lost the drive. I know it's pathetic. But I'm like that. I think I need some time off.
