"Foreign" Music = Non English

Well is a famous thread here that is all about music. I just want to make a slight change. A non-english music thread. Like foreign movies (non-american movies) i also appreciate every kind of music, from different regions and languages. The problem it's hard to get in to the really good stuff. My favorite genres are mainly pop-rock and the ones that pass the test of time. I would love to discover what ever u are listening (pop, rock or not) in other language. Just make me know what u are listening. Like I do:

I choose Gilberto Gil, from Brasil. Is quite known and is not rock or pop. They call it "Bossa-nova" and the music "Vamos fugir", Lets Runaway together.

Hope u enjoy.

Yael Naim is (I believe, feel free to correct me if I am wrong) half French, half Israeli. She sings in English, French, and Hebrew.

Rodrigo y Gabriela are a Mexican guitar playing duo. I haven't heard a lot of their music, but from what I have heard, I don't think they actually do any singing. But they play the guitar like bad asses. :) I have watched this video many times and I still just stare, completely amazed.

Giusy Ferreri is an Italian singer. I think she sounds a lot like Amy Winehouse; that's what initially got me listening to her music. She is more of a pop singer, though.

Yep. "Foriegn" basically means anything not English, because English is the dominant language, and the U.N. is the dominant world power. Imagine that :)
