^ You should, it's fun! :D

Your lunch yesterday looked great!
It's fun when my food works out. I have a bad habit where I get really upset if something I cook doesn't turn out correctly. Trying to break that. But I do like to cook.

Thank you. It was awesome. :D

I attempted to make Thai chicken curry. It didn't turn out the way I wanted it to. I think I will use coconut cream and blend the ingredients a little more next time I try. Using brown rice makes it taste different, as well. Not to say this wasn't nice, though!

^ Ooh, coconut cream is amazing. Yeah I bet that would taste excellent. The last time I had coconut cream, I whipped it up like whipped cream and put it over berries. Soooo good!

That sounds nice. :) We only had coconut milk in the house, but yeah, it's definitely not creamy enough. It was my first go and it wasn't a bad result in the end.

^ Was it full fat coconut milk? A trick I learned was put the coconut milk in the fridge overnight, then open the can when you're ready. When cold, the fat (cream) is all solidified at the top, and the liquid is down at the bottom. Scoop out the fat and just leave the liquid and viola! Super awesome coconut cream. :)

I think it was, yeah. I think the milk floats anyway, because I forgot to shake the can once and the milk came out but the water stayed at the bottom. I used a very small can of milk this time, so maybe I need more. But I'll try coconut cream next time and see how it goes. :)

It tasted okay, too, even for a mistake!

Baked chicken coated in mayo, parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs.

The recipe said to pre-heat oven to 425F and cook for 20 minutes. Well, that's absolute rubbish. As you can see, the coating is burnt. Next time I try this (and I will), I will cook on a lower heat for less time and see how that turns out.

Despite being burnt, this still actually tasted pretty good!

Okay so I don't have food, nor my own picture, but I'm sure beverages count too. If they don't, too bad I'm making them count. ::p:

Tonight I'm drinking this Tazo Chai Tea (except mine is Decaf)...

with vanilla coconut milk and some homemade chocolate syrup. :D
