Fear is a liar

I think something that really helps is just telling your fear to shut the f*ck up. I know it's easier said than done but I think if you do it little by little it will eventually help alot. Just have one thing that you say over and over in your head, like 'fear is a liar'. Once you get over the 'hump' it may just all go downhill from there (meaning it will get easier). At least that's what I'm trying to do.

Great advice! I do that in a lot of situations but there's plenty more where I don't. The more and longer you avoid something the greater the fear becomes. It takes on a life of its own.

Cocorose, I need some really fancy explicit words because the basic curse words haven't been working. If you think of something, PM me. :p
