easier being female

I don't like averages in this sense. An average is not true for everyone, and to say it is ruins if for those exclusions. This is something determined on the individual level.

The only thing I have to be thankful for being female is that I'm not in prison. I know damn well that, with my bad temper, if I was male, I probably would've either beaten the hell out of or killed someone by now.

In regards to SA, I can see where the gender role thing comes from when it comes to dating, yes, but in a lot of other aspects of life, I'm not sure I really agree. I remember reading somewhere (I think it was a SA workbook/self-help book) that, in Western culture, women are expected to be more social than men. From my own experiences, I would agree with that sentiment, because I'm the way I am, and I get labeled "snobby" and a "b*tch" for it. I'm pretty sure if I was male, no one would care.

The "lions" today are intruders that break into our homes with a knife, there are still dangers that exist today they are just different ones. If a women has a choice of a man that she thinks will try to wrestle a knife off a masked intruder to protect her and their offspring, or a man that will be likely to hide in the corner and let the intruder stab her and the children, which one do you think she will choose!?

If shes an idiot, she will choose her man based on this situation. So i guess being a nice guy, being intelligent and all that doesn't count for anything. Then you know what? SCREW WOMEN!!!!!::(::mad:

Its not my fault I am 5'7". I mean, I consider myself to pretty thugish, I'm not a wuss. But still, I'm 5 foot mother****ing 7. Theres only so much I can do, if I have to deal with a dude who is 6 foot plus.

I'm sure you may have heard the expression "It's not the size of the animal, but the size of the fight in the animal that counts". Bears won't mess with wolverines and look at the difference in strength and size. I've seen small people whoop larger people. I've seen big guys and big girls who couldn't fight worth a damn.

Dude, being 5'7" is really not a horrible height to be. I'm a female of average US height and you are still taller than me so it's not like the average woman towers over you.

Its just that the girls ive had crushes on have all dated nothing but tall or at least average height(5'9-5'11) guys. ::(:

And if it really came down to it I wouldn't let no Lurch mother****er beat me up, I'd pick up something to hit him with if thats what it took to do the job.

No, what this actually is has nothing to do with your height. You are using that as a convenient excuse to deflect from the real issue because height happens to be a fixed physical attribute that you won't ever be able to change. Your height is not the issue.

Ok, then how come they don't ever date short guys like me?

I'm talking about specific women, not women in general.

So how many men in total has this specific woman dated? It's going to have be a pretty decent number in order to draw a statistically relevant conclusion about her height preferences.

Stop being argumentative. She dates taller dudes than me.

So: the girl you want only dates taller guys than you. Yes? What other course of action is there than to move on, then?

Not just her, but then I had a crush on another chick, same thing happened. The second one is the one currently dating the guy who is 6'5"(whom I have threatened before).

Move on? Oh, I ACCEPT it. But it makes me angry and resentful at life that its this way.

I couldn't help but notice that you went from talking about 'women' to 'specific girls', to 'she', and now it's two specific girls. These are different cases to make an argument about and different rules apply.

Well, that just happens to be the girls you've had crushes on. There will be females out there who like you for you and not your height, but dude, you gotta let go of the anger at some point. It's not going to help your case.

I know but I'm FILLED with it, it has been building for years. I'm a typical SA person who is outwardly reserved, especially in public, but inside? I am a boiling furnace.
