I haven't cleaned my room since the early spring at least. Though it might have been longer than that. And I've been meaning to do that since the summer. I still have some rewiring, scraping, spackling, and leaf raking to do (most of which I've been trying to get done all year). So yes, I sometimes find it rather difficult. Sometimes it's difficult to separate the depression and the laziness, though. So I'm not sure if I've just been depressed and apathetic or just lazy.

Hang in there, missjesss. :)

I find the better I take care of myself, the better I take care of my errands. If I go to bed early and workout before work, I tend to have a lot of confidence and energy to spare when I get home. Like today, I went to the library and printed out my car insurance card, baby sat my nephew, then drove home and did all the dishes. Normally, I would've gone straight home from work and napped 2 hours, only to fall asleep at 2 or 3am, waking up at 530am for work. That type of schedule leaves me depressed at work, leaving me more vulnerable to my SA.
