Do you think energy levels might have to do with SA?

I can tell you that I feel way more sociable and relaxed when I feel energized.
Sometimes I feel like $hit in the day, groggy, tired, and when I feel like this often its easier for my mind to wander off in negative directions and dwell in it. I procrastinate and feel depressed and this in turn feeds other negative behavior patterns.

Sometimes a simple nap helps me to feel ready again to take on the world again and fulfill my tasks with relative ease while at the same time being open to social contact.

It's one of many factors, but definitely an important one.
When I have fatigue, I do not think clearly and do not feel like socialising. My fatigue gets a lot worse than most people my age though.

Of course it has to do with SA.Our physical and mental mood are very closely linked.

Energy is good because it makes you happier, so when you're lacking in it, you are generally more unhappy. As Boby said, physical and mental health are linked closer than what we probably think. :)

From someone who has experienced BP episodes I should know that energy has a lot to do with how relaxed and comfortable you feel. The lower your energy levels are the higher your anxiety increases. At least that's how it's experienced by me anyway.

yes, absolutely.

Any time I go outside for a couple minutes it takes massive amount of energy out of me.
So do phonecalls.
It's like people are sucking the energy out of me when I don't have much energy to begin with.
