I can tell you that I feel way more sociable and relaxed when I feel energized.
Sometimes I feel like $hit in the day, groggy, tired, and when I feel like this often its easier for my mind to wander off in negative directions and dwell in it. I procrastinate and feel depressed and this in turn feeds other negative behavior patterns.
Sometimes a simple nap helps me to feel ready again to take on the world again and fulfill my tasks with relative ease while at the same time being open to social contact.
